17. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Refund requests may be made within 48 hours of purchase if:

• Course access issues occur

• Promised resources are not provided

• Wrong course is purchased

Refunds are not applicable if:

• Request is made after 48 hours

• More than 5% paid content is accessed

• Course certificate is earned

• E-books or subscription classes have started

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method or voucher.

Torchbearer reserves full authority to approve, reject, or modify refunds on a case-by-case basis.
